ReImagine Legacy

ReImagine Legacy is a Black-led, disabled-led, intergenerational ecosystem for and by caregivers, rooted in healing, cultural organizing, and collective care.

We create and sustain culturally rooted approaches to community health and healing, with particular attention to Black birthing people, caregivers, families, and communities. Our work brings together healing justice, psychoeducation, cultural and political education, storytelling, resource exchange, advocacy, and community-based practices of mutual support.

Through workshops, gatherings, immersive experiences, research, and creative initiatives, ReImagine Legacy preserves and builds upon ancestral and community-held knowledge while developing new strategies for care, kinship, and collective wellbeing.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: communities already hold profound knowledge about what we need to heal, care for one another, and build sustainable lives beyond survival in the future. ReImagine Legacy creates the conditions, relationships, and infrastructure for that knowledge to be practiced, shared, and expanded.
