Your year-end gift sustains the programs our neighbors count on, all year long.

Strong communities aren't built by any single service. They're built when people can get care, learn new skills, and connect with one another. That's why RaisingHealth works through three programs that grow from the same roots:

• Community Health: Our Community Health Program provides free, bilingual health care navigation and case management; mental health counseling regardless of insurance or immigration status; pop-up clinics with Brooklyn's major health systems; mobile food distributions; and health literacy education.
• Community Education: Our Community Education Program offers English classes integrating workforce, digital, and health literacy alongside one-on-one case management.
• Community Building: Our Community-Building Program coordinates Know Your Rights workshops, community safety trainings, public mural projects, and the Sunset Park Public Health Response Network, a coalition we founded to coordinate equitable responses to community crises. 

Together, these programs reach people where they are and keep them connected to what they need.
